During the ceremony held at the Prona Hall of the ATR/BPN Office in Jakarta, he emphasized the importance of being adaptive in the face of changing times and maintaining strong, collaborative work ethics.
Embracing Change with a Fresh Spirit
Deputy Minister Ossy stated that the inauguration is not just about filling positions but also part of adapting the organization to current and future demands.
“This inauguration reflects the organization’s evolving needs and its effort to stay agile and responsive. It also signifies the trust placed by the government and leadership in your dedication and integrity,” said Deputy Minister Ossy.
This initiative aligns with Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 176 of 2024 and Ministerial Regulation No. 6 of 2025, both of which serve as the legal framework for restructuring roles, responsibilities, and functions at ATR/BPN.
28 Officials Ready to Serve
The 28 newly inaugurated officials include:
-
4 Senior Executive Officials (Echelon II)
-

-
11 Functional Officers
This event also reaffirms that career advancement at ATR/BPN is open to all civil servants (ASN) who demonstrate consistent performance and professionalism. A special moment during the ceremony was the appointment of Ms. Narsiyah as Principal Auditor, a senior functional role.
“This is clear proof that functional career paths are wide open for those with dedication and high integrity. I hope her achievement becomes a source of inspiration for other civil servants,” Deputy Minister Ossy noted.
Collaboration and Professionalism: The Foundation for Success
He also stressed the importance of synergy and strong coordination between departments to support the ministry’s strategic goals. All officials are expected to work quickly, effectively, and uphold accountable governance.
“The success of our key policies depends on your collective work and professionalism. With a spirit of collaboration, we can deliver the best public services and strengthen public trust in our institution,” he concluded.
The ceremony was also attended by senior executives from the ATR/BPN. This moment marks a renewed spirit of transformation in Indonesia’s land and spatial planning services.
