Jakarta, June 25, 2025- The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is once again showing its commitment to improving asset management across the country. On Tuesday (June 24), ATR/BPN Minister Nusron Wahid welcomed Bekasi Mayor Tri Adhianto Tjahyono and his team for an official meeting at the ministry’s headquarters in Jakarta.
During the meeting, Minister Nusron highlighted the importance of active cooperation between ATR/BPN and the Bekasi City Government to fast-track the certification of government-owned assets.
“The Bekasi City Government should ensure that all necessary documents are completed. That way, we can process the certifications more efficiently,” said Nusron in a firm yet approachable tone.
He also gave a direct order to the Head of the Bekasi City Land Office to prioritize the certification of municipal assets.
“I’ve instructed that the certification of all Bekasi municipal assets be completed as soon as possible,” he added.
Bekasi City Ready to Follow Through
Mayor Tri Adhianto expressed his appreciation for the ministry’s support and presented a list of assets that have yet to be certified. He committed to promptly submitting any required documentation to speed up the process.
“We’ll make sure all the paperwork is complete. Certification is essential to ensure legal security over these assets,” said Mayor Tri.
