OpenAI has officially released more than 300 ready-to-use prompts designed for a wide range of professionals, from developers and designers to HR managers.
The collection was announced on Monday (September 30, 2025) and is available for free on the OpenAI Academy website through a new feature called Prompt Packs.
This move aims to make it easier for ChatGPT users to optimize their work with pre-tested instructions.
According to OpenAI’s official site, each prompt in the Prompt Packs comes with a short description and an example request that can be used right away without major adjustments.
The list covers multiple fields, including sales, product management, customer support, data analytics, and marketing strategy.
“We want to help professionals from all backgrounds quickly get the most out of ChatGPT,” OpenAI stated in its announcement.

In addition to job-specific prompts, OpenAI has also prepared a collection of universal prompts. These are grouped into categories such as text creation, meeting planning, and to-do list building.
For instance, users can find templates for writing formal business emails, creating weekly task lists, or analyzing the root causes of project issues.
This makes the prompts useful not only for tech professionals but also for general users who want to boost their productivity.
The launch of Prompt Packs is expected to significantly impact productivity for both companies and individuals.
With hundreds of ready-made examples, professionals can save time when drafting strategies, writing documents, or handling routine tasks.
Analysts also view this move as part of OpenAI’s strategy to strengthen the ChatGPT ecosystem while competing with other AI platforms that are aggressively rolling out similar features.
