| Sanggau Regent Yohanes Ontot Opens The 4th Congress Of Sanggau Dayak Youth 2025. |
Sanggau Regent Drs. Yohanes Ontot M.Si officially opened the 4th Grand Congress (Mubes) of the Central Executive Board of Sanggau Dayak Youth (PDKS) 2025. The event took place at Balai Betomu, Sanggau City, on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
In his speech, the Regent expressed his high appreciation for the successful organization of this congress. He hoped that the event would produce new leaders capable of continuing the positive programs initiated by the previous board.
“As long as the programs are good, continue them. And if they need to be evaluated, coordinate properly so that every decision made can be accounted for by all parties,” he said.
As the Head of the Region and also the organization’s advisor, the Regent reminded PDKS to continue being a strong partner in supporting and helping the government’s development programs succeed.
“I ask everyone to maintain unity, build relationships with all parties, and support government programs,” he added.
The 4th PDKS Congress is expected to become an important moment for the young Dayak generation to strengthen solidarity, expand collaboration networks, and play an active role in advancing Sanggau Regency.
