| SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak Teachers Receive Copyright Certificate for Innovation Promoting Pancasila Values. |
Pontianak, Indonesia – The commemoration of Pancasila Sanctity Day 2025 at SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak carried a special meaning this year. The ceremony was not only about reflecting on the nation’s core values but also celebrating innovation in education.
The Acting Head of the West Kalimantan Research and Development Agency (Balitbang), Dr. Abdul Haris Fakhmi, S.T., M.T, attended the event as the ceremony inspector. On this occasion, he officially presented a Certificate of Copyright Registration to two outstanding teachers — Amelia Dwipani and Fauzy Mardian — for their educational innovation titled SI-PIONIR (Innovative, Optimistic, Inspiring, and Responsive Student Information System).
In his remarks, Dr. Abdul Haris emphasized that young generations should not only memorize Pancasila but also practice its values in daily life.
“One way to live by Pancasila is through continuous innovation that benefits others. SI-PIONIR is a perfect example of how education can drive positive change for society,” he stated.
Innovation Rooted in National Values
The SI-PIONIR system is more than just a technological innovation. It embodies collaboration, environmental awareness, and creativity within the school community. The platform encourages students to be active, caring, and responsible, reflecting the spirit of mutual cooperation and social awareness — key principles of Pancasila.
Protecting Innovation Through Intellectual Property Rights
Dr. Abdul Haris also reminded educators and students about the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection.
“Every idea and innovation is valuable. Through IPR, we can protect our creative works and ensure their benefits are shared widely,” he added.
The event served as an inspiring reminder that innovation in education continues to grow. SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak has proven that schools are not just places to learn but also fertile grounds for innovation that shapes a better future.
