Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp, two of the most beloved stars of Stranger Things, are officially back in Hawkins, Indiana, to film the fifth and final season of the hit Netflix series. The duo opened up about the emotional journey of saying goodbye to characters they’ve grown up with for nearly a decade.
In an interview with Terri Seymour, Millie shared how surreal it feels to be nearing the end. “It’s been such a wonderful journey. Half my life has been spent on this show. I don’t even know what my life would look like without Stranger Things. It’s so surreal to be here talking about the last season,” she said.
Noah expressed similar feelings, adding a touch of charm to the conversation. “It’s been such a joy, and I love sharing the screen with this pretty girl,” he joked. Even though he’s excited about what the future holds, he admitted, “It was really sad and hard to say goodbye.”
To add a sweet nostalgic twist, Millie and Noah were surprised with a throwback video from the set of Season 2 back in 2017. Millie couldn’t help but laugh when she saw her younger self. “What is that hairstyle?” she teased.
When asked what they would say to their younger selves in the video, Millie joked, “Your hair is going to grow into a cute bob, don’t worry!” Noah, on the other hand, said he wanted to text the adorable clip to his younger self.
Outside of filming, Millie’s personal life has blossomed. She married Jake Bongiovi and recently welcomed their baby girl. With the holidays coming up, Millie and Jake are preparing to celebrate Christmas as a family of three for the first time.
“Santa’s coming, so I’m really excited about that,” Millie said with a big smile. Even though their daughter is still too young to understand the holiday, Millie is looking forward to showering her with warm cuddles.
From growing up on set to stepping into new chapters of adulthood, Millie and Noah’s journey has been a blend of nostalgia, growth, and heartfelt memories—creating the perfect emotional lead-up to the closing chapter of Stranger Things.
