| Erika Carlina’s Alleged Threat Case Ends Peacefully, Police Report Officially Withdrawn. |
The alleged threat case involving Indonesian actress Erika Carlina has entered a new phase. The police report she previously filed against her former boyfriend, DJ Panda, has officially been submitted for withdrawal and is currently being processed by authorities.
This update was confirmed by AKBP Iskandarsyah, Head of the Women and Children Protection Subdivision (Renakta) at the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. He stated that Erika Carlina, as the reporting party, has formally requested to withdraw her report regarding the alleged threat.
“Yes, the reporter has submitted a request to withdraw the police report, and it is now in the process,” he said on Monday, December 22, 2025.
Police also revealed that both parties, Erika Carlina and DJ Panda, have agreed to resolve the issue through a restorative justice approach. This path is intended to settle the matter amicably without continuing into a lengthy legal process.
“We have also received a restorative justice application from the related parties, and it is currently under review,” Iskandarsyah added.
Restorative justice focuses on dialogue, mutual understanding, and peaceful resolution, aiming to find the best outcome for everyone involved. In many cases, this approach is considered more humane and effective in preventing conflicts from escalating further.
With the withdrawal of the report now underway, the public hopes the issue that once drew significant attention can be resolved properly. The decision to pursue a peaceful settlement is seen as a mature step, showing that personal disputes can be handled responsibly without always ending up in court.
