Karawang – Handling land administration services is now easier and no longer exhausting. Residents of Karawang can take advantage of the Online Queue feature in the Sentuh Tanahku application to get a queue number digitally before coming to the Land Office. As a result, the service process becomes faster, more organized, and free from long lines.

With the Online Queue feature, people simply need to download the Sentuh Tanahku app on their smartphones and take a queue number from anywhere. When they arrive at the office, they just wait according to the schedule shown in the app. It is practical, efficient, and time-saving.

For residents who do not yet have the application or are still confused during registration, counter officers are ready to help. Pipit Sandra, a counter officer at the Karawang Regency Land Office, said that her team continues to introduce and promote the use of the Online Queue feature to visitors who come directly to the service counter.

“If someone doesn’t have the app yet, we guide them to download it first. If the app is already installed but there are issues, such as an invalid national ID number, we help check it. If the problem continues, we ask whether they want online verification or assistance through the service kiosk, which will be supported by the security staff,” Pipit Sandra explained.

Once a Sentuh Tanahku account has been successfully verified, users can fully access the Online Queue feature. The benefits are not only felt by the general public but also by professional service users.

Hari, a notary and PPAT who frequently handles land services, said that the Online Queue feature has brought significant improvements to his work efficiency. According to him, the entire process is now easier to monitor and more transparent.

“Through the Online Queue, we can see when documents will be called. The document retrieval process can also be tracked using the Check Documents feature. We can see which stage the process is at. There is even a feature to view land parcel data, both satellite images and physical data. This is very helpful,” Hari said.

He added that this convenience not only eases the workload of notaries but also provides greater certainty and transparency for the public. “If there is a problem, it can be resolved quickly,” he emphasized.

The Online Queue feature in the Sentuh Tanahku application offers various benefits, such as taking a queue number remotely without arriving early, checking service schedules, tracking the status of ongoing documents, viewing detailed land parcel information, and ensuring service time certainty to avoid long queues at the counter.

The presence of the Sentuh Tanahku application reflects the commitment of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning National Land Agency to delivering modern, transparent, and community-oriented public services.
