The Indonesia National Team has officially announced a list of 41 players called up for the training camp ahead of the FIFA Series 2026, scheduled to take place from March 23 to March 31, 2026, at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta. The list represents a provisional squad selected by head coach John Herdman and his coaching staff.
The announcement was shared through the official Indonesia national team account on X on Monday. The players come from a mix of domestic and international clubs and will compete for places in the final squad.
For the goalkeeper position, five players have been selected. They are Maarten Paes, Emil Audero, Nadeo Argawinata, Cahya Supriadi, and Ernando Ari. The five goalkeepers will compete during the training camp before the final roster is determined.
In defense, Herdman has called up 12 players: Jay Idzes, Kevin Diks, Dean James, Elkan Baggott, Justin Hubner, Nathan Tjoe-A-On, Dony Tri Pamungkas, Rizky Ridho, Sandy Walsh, Fajar Fathurrahman, Muhammad Ferrari, and Yance Sayuri.
Meanwhile, the midfield line consists of 13 players combining experience and young talent. They are Calvin Verdonk, Joey Pelupessy, Eliano Reijnders, Ivar Jenner, Jordi Amat, Marc Klok, Ricky Kambuaya, Witan Sulaeman, Egy Maulana Vikri, Tim Geypens, Arkhan Fikri, Ezra Walian, and Victor Dethan.
For the forward line, 11 players received call-ups. They include Miliano Jonathans, Ole Romeny, Ragnar Oratmangoen, Beckham Putra, Mauro Zijlstra, Ramadhan Sananta, Yakob Sayuri, Adrian Wibowo, Hokky Caraka, Jens Raven, and Stefano Lilipaly.
However, the list is still provisional. John Herdman and the coaching staff will further evaluate the players before selecting the final squad that will compete in the FIFA Series 2026.
Indonesia is scheduled to play its first match against Saint Kitts and Nevis on March 27 at 20:00 WIB at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. On the same day, Bulgaria will face the Solomon Islands at 15:30 WIB.
The winners of the two matches will meet in the final on March 30 at 20:00 WIB, while the losing teams will compete for third place earlier that day at 15:30 WIB.
The FIFA Series 2026 tournament provides an opportunity for the Indonesia National Team to test its squad composition and gain international match experience ahead of future competitions.
